Short Description:Account Support Representatives

Long Description:

Essential Functions:
§ Determine customer needs and provide appropriate support strategy.
§ Provide guidance to customers on service offerings such as job postings and searching for candidates.
§ Assist clients with immediate requests via direct dial and e-mail.
§ Manage high-volume account base.
§ Contact clients regarding account follow-ups and issues/concerns.
§ Conduct research, evaluating product usage and quality of job postings.
§ Document customer interaction in CRM (Siebel).
§ Represent account base by channeling feedback received.
§ Regular attendance.
 
Additional Responsibilities:
§ Provide proper technical troubleshooting when necessary.
§ Assist customers with immediate requests via inbound phone queue, and e-mail boxes.
§ Trade show participation
§ Miscellaneous duties as assigned
 
Minimum Qualifications:
§ Six months proven experience as a Customer Support Representative
§ Excellent written and oral communication skills
§ Strong organizational and time management skills
§ Demonstrated capacity to work in a team atmosphere
