  • Essential Functions
  • Lead Generation:
    Compile spreadsheets of leads from lists generated using competitor websites, industry associations, purchased lead lists and other resources. Compile necessary contact information for the lead, including company mailing address, website, hiring contact, phone number, etc. Check status of leads against database of existing accounts. Goal is to generate “new” leads for sales at a rate of 25-50 per day.
  • Departmental Assistance for:
    • Trade Show group, planning national HR-specific and technology-specific trade shows and evening events for customers and prospects
    • Three marketing managers, doing faxing, proof-reading, filing, copying, compiling, etc., in support of their direct mail and email campaigns, collateral creation, PR needs, and meetings
    • Director of Marketing, completing miscellaneous tasks in support of the department
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a focused and effective manner within a team
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Ability to generate information in Microsoft Excel and Word quickly and with minimal errors (minimum 70 wpm typing speed – testing required)
  • Experience with Internet searching and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Friendly, outgoing, energetic, fun personality
